Remember, Festival by the Sea kicks off tomorrow, October 27th. The fun kicks off Saturday morning with the festival officially opening at 9am. Jaded Mayberry will be playing on the Holden Beach Pavilion stage. The Holden Beach Bridge will close to automobile traffic at 9:45am to allow pedestrians to cross.
