Public Hearing – The public hearing/ special meeting for the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2009 – 2010 has been scheduled for June 23, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall General Assembly. A copy of the proposed budget ordinance is available for review at Town Hall.
Emergency Preparedness Meeting: An informational meeting for people interested in serving on the Town’s evacuation teams is scheduled for June 23, 2009, immediately following the budget public hearing/ special meeting. If anyone is interested in joining an evacuation team and hasn’t yet signed up, please contact Heather at heather@hbtownhall.com. If you are currently a member, please plan on attending in order to review instructions/ updates.
Concerts on the Coast – This week’s concert is scheduled to feature Gold Rush, a beach/ oldies/ country band. The concert is free and begins at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday at the Holden Beach Pavilion. DanceLinkUSA will be providing free dance lessons beginning at 6:00 p.m. prior to the concert.
